Using the POCKET ROOMS app you will always have your room and resource planning at your fingertips, no matter where you are.
You can use functions such as searching for available rooms, booking rooms and additional equipment (e.g. projectors), inviting participants, reserving parking spaces and managing or cancelling bookings anywhere and at any time with the POCKET ROOMS app. Quick, simple and reliable.
An additional function enables you to find out if a room is available or occupied by scanning the resource’s QR code (e.g. directly at the meeting room). Bookings can be made with just a single click.
